Place any BOKO Designs Shop or custom order within 30 days of your consultation and receive a $200 credit before tax. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Proportions, placement and upholstery choices for your space.
  • The next steps for a bed, headboard, wall panels, sofa, ottoman, bench or theater room.

This is a focused furniture consultation, not a full interior-design service or a 3D-rendering package. Final production measurements take place after your order.

Final measurements

Included in your furniture price

Final measurements after your order are included in the price of making your furniture.

Cancellation & rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours before your appointment: a full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before your appointment: one free reschedule. If you do not want a new appointment, a 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment: a 50% refund.
  • If you do not attend or are not home for the visit: no refund.
  • If BOKO Designs cancels: a full refund or a new appointment, your choice.
  • A second reschedule is treated as a cancellation; the refund follows the notice periods above.

Notice periods are measured from your scheduled appointment time in Toronto time (Eastern).
