Bespoke furniture · Manufactured in Toronto, Canada
Bespoke furniture, made for one room. Yours.
Custom upholstered beds, headboards and wall panels, designed with you and handcrafted in Toronto on solid maple frames. Here is exactly how a BOKO custom order works, from the first idea to the day our team installs it in your home.
Made to order in TorontoHow a custom order works
From your idea to your bedroom, step by step.
Every bespoke bed follows the same path. You always know what happens next, who is doing it and how long it takes, and nothing goes into production until you have approved the final drawing.
- 1
Share your idea
Send us what inspires you: photos, a sketch, a bed you saw or simply the feeling you want in the room. Bring your inspiration and we will help you turn it into a design that works for your space, your proportions and the way you live.
YouShare inspiration, room photos and rough dimensions.WeSuggest shapes, headboard heights and details that bring the idea to life. - 2
Get an estimate
Once the design is taking shape, we can give you an approximate price based on the size, the design and the type of upholstery. This lets you decide comfortably before anything is ordered.
- 3
Visit our showroom
If the estimate works for you, book a visit to our showroom in Concord. You can see and touch the fabrics and leathers, choose your material and colour, and settle the final details with our team in person.
YouChoose the fabric, colour and finishing details.WeConfirm the design and the final price with you. - 4
Place your 50% deposit
The official process begins when we receive a 50% deposit. From this moment your bed has a place in our schedule.
- 5
In-home measuring
We schedule a visit and a member of our team comes to your home to measure the space and write down every detail, so the bed fits the room exactly.
- 6
Review and approve your drawing
We draw the bed you chose in the exact dimensions you chose. The drawing is there so you can confirm it is exactly what you want. If anything does not feel right, tell us. We update the drawing and send it back for your approval.
This stage usually takes about a week. It can take longer if you need more time to decide, and that is completely fine.
- 7
Production begins
Production starts only after you approve the design. From the day you approve it, making your bed takes approximately 6 to 7 weeks.
Once production is confirmed, the design is final and no further changes can be made, because the frame, panels and upholstery are cut and built to your approved drawing.
- 8
We schedule and install
As production nears completion, we will email or call you to arrange a date and time for installation. Our own team delivers and installs the bed. Depending on its size, installation takes from about 3 hours.
Installation is clean and quiet. When we finish, our team tidies up and cleans everything we used or touched, and leaves your room ready to enjoy.
- 9
Inspect it together
Before our installers leave, take a few minutes to inspect your bed with them. If you notice anything, tell the team right away so it can be noted and resolved.
- 10
A few photos of your finished room
With your agreement, our team usually photographs and films the finished bed after installation. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes. These photos and videos are used only for our portfolio, to show our work to future clients.
Timeline
About 6–7 weeks of production after design approval.
Your overall timeline depends on drawing approval and delivery scheduling. Estimated production time is 6–7 weeks after design approval.
Outside the Toronto area, scheduling may differ slightly. We will confirm your timeline when you order.

When it is your turn, your bed is the only one we are making.
We do not mass-produce. Every order is built individually, and when your bed reaches the workshop, our team gives it the attention it would get if it were the only piece we were making.

Built for life
Not made for now. Made for the rest of your life.
A BOKO bed is a piece of furniture you keep. It is built on solid maple, it stands on its own and it moves with you when your life does.
Solid maple, every bed
Every BOKO bed frame is built from solid maple wood, joined with plywood and strong metal brackets. It is the same construction in our simplest panel bed and our most detailed design.
Lifetime frame warranty
Every BOKO bed comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame. We build it to outlast trends, moves and years of everyday use.
Freestanding, never glued
Your bed is not glued or fixed to the wall. It stands on its own, so your walls stay untouched.
Moves with you
Every bed can be taken apart and reassembled. Move it to another room, or take it with you to your next home.

FAQ
Questions about ordering a custom bed.
Cannot find your answer? Call +1 437 987 6444 or email info@bokodesigns.ca.
How much does a custom bed cost?
Every bespoke bed is priced individually. Once the design is clear, we give you an approximate price based on size, design and upholstery. The final price is confirmed after you choose your materials.
How long does a custom bed take?
After your 50% deposit, we measure your space and prepare a drawing, which usually takes about a week to approve. Estimated production time is 6–7 weeks after design approval, followed by installation. We will confirm your full schedule when you order.
When does my order officially start?
When we receive your 50% deposit. Design ideas and an approximate price come before that, with no commitment.
Can I change the design after approving the drawing?
You can request changes to the drawing as many times as you need before approving it. Once production starts, the design is final and no further changes are possible.
Can I see the fabrics in person?
Yes. Visit our showroom at 270 Pennsylvania Ave #8, Concord, by appointment, to see all six fabric families and choose your colour.
Can I get a sample of a fabric I like?
Yes. On request, we can give you a sample of the material you are considering, so you can see it in your own room and light.
Is the bed attached to the wall?
No. A BOKO bed is never glued or fixed to the wall. It is freestanding, and it can be taken apart and moved to another room or another home.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every BOKO bed comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame, which is built from solid maple wood.
Do you leave a mess after installation?
No. Installation is clean, and when it is finished our team cleans and tidies everything we used or touched.
Will you photograph my bedroom?
Only with your agreement. After installation our team usually takes photos and a short video, which takes about 10–15 minutes. They are used only for our portfolio, to show our work to future clients.
Is delivery free?
Yes, for custom orders in Toronto and the GTA, delivery and installation are free. Outside the GTA, delivery is priced by distance. Shop orders have their own delivery rates.
Do you deliver and install outside Toronto, including the US?
Yes. We deliver and install across Canada and in the United States. For locations outside the Toronto area, contact us with your address and we will send you a quote for delivery and installation and confirm the details before you order. For US orders, customs paperwork is part of the delivery, and we confirm any duties or brokerage fees with you in advance.
Will you remove or move my old bed?
No. Please make sure the room is empty and clear before installation day. Our installers do not move existing beds or furniture.
What if something arrives damaged?
BOKO covers damage that happens during transport or installation and will replace the damaged parts. Please inspect the bed with our team before they leave and tell them about anything you notice.
Can I return a custom order?
No. Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. This is why every design is approved by you before production begins.
Can I cancel a custom order?
A custom order cancelled before production begins is subject to a 30% fee. Production begins once you approve the final drawing. From that moment, materials are cut and production costs are incurred, so the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
