Custom order shipping is only available in Ontario. Shipping to outside of Canada is not available.

No box spring required. The platform has an approximately 3-inch mattress inset.

Each BOKO piece is handcrafted in Canada using solid wood frames, resilient foam and carefully selected upholstery.

Velvet, Non-tracking velvet, Textured fabrics, Linen, Faux leather/Vinyl and Genuine leather — 59 colours in total.

Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible and the custom order cannot be refunded.

All custom orders are non-returnable.

Vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust. Professional upholstery cleaning is highly recommended. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.
