Hamilton, Barrie and communities beyond the GTA
Projects outside the immediate Toronto area deserve the same attention to measurements and access. Send us photographs of the bed wall and mention anything relevant to delivery, such as stairs or a restricted entry. Do not assume that a city's distance alone determines the delivery price; the postal region and the actual order need to be confirmed.
Hamilton and Barrie are examples of places from which you can begin an inquiry. The useful information is the design process, the address-specific delivery arrangement and the current terms, not a claim to have a showroom in every city.
Ontario, Quebec and the rest of Canada
The site's current delivery settings include Canada, with bands of CAD 70, 250, 700 and 1,200 depending on the region. Parts of Ontario and Quebec fall into different bands, including remote regions. Other provinces and territories should not be quoted at a lower rate just to match a Toronto example.

If a location or delivery requirement needs a special arrangement, contact the team rather than relying on an estimated charge from a third-party listing. Orders outside Canada are by inquiry; this page does not promise a fixed United States delivery rate.
What happens before delivery
The bed is made to order. Estimated production time is 4–5 weeks for Shop beds and 6–7 weeks for custom/Bespoke orders after design approval, with the discussion and approval stage separate from production. A planned move or renovation date should be mentioned at the start. Ask about the full sequence, not just the time the bed spends in the workshop.
The frame and platform use solid maple with plywood and metal brackets. The upholstered design is chosen around the space, and the frame carries BOKO's stated lifetime warranty. See Craft & Materials for the process and construction information.
