Professional upholstery cleaning is highly recommended

Returns

CANCELLATIONS: Any canceled orders are subject to a 30% fee.

RETURNS: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product please contact us within 15 days of delivery date and our team will provide all of the details for initiating the return process. As soon as the product is received and inspected at our warehouse our team will issue your refund. Please note that all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We are only able to accept items that are in original packaging and like-new condition. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages or modifications cannot be returned.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
We recommend inspecting the product at the time of delivery. If any damage is found during the delivery process, please make sure you inform the Boko delivery team and contact us immediately for fast assistance.

Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects on Boko Designs bed frames. Warranty starts from the date of delivery and lasts for a lifetime on any metal or solid wood structural failures from usage.
In case warranty is claimed, Boko Designs team will provide replacement part(s) at no charge with a lead time of 2-6 weeks.

The warranty does not cover fabric, leather, paint, metal finish, foams, veneers, feet, cushioning and coating materials. Any damages that are caused by misuse, abuse or act of nature, animal damage, burn marks, fading, staining, compression of cushion fillings/fiber and failure to take reasonable care and maintenance is neither covered. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
