Store Shipping Policy

At Boko Designs, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time.

We want to send your order to you as soon as possible on a day that works for you. For your convenience, all items within an order will be shipped together and we will provide an estimated delivery timeline when placing the order. Once you receive the shipment visually inspect the packaging and be sure to note any issues along with your signature on the delivery paperwork. If you have selected pick-up for your order, we ask that you wait for a confirmation call from the warehouse before going to collect your order. We recommend bringing a larger vehicle and a friend to help carry the order, as our warehouse team will not be able to assist with loading. BokoDesigns.ca is not liable for any loss, shipping damage, cost, or expense once the warehouse transfers possession of the order to the customer or the customer’s appointed party. If you are considering a return please request to keep the original packaging.

While the large majority of our orders arrive within the lead times shown, shipping times are only able to be good faith estimates due to multiple variables during transit. BokoDesigns.ca is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery, and we are not able to ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping to outside of Canada is not available.

Custom order shipping is only available in Ontario. If you are located outside of Ontario and would like to place a custom order, please use our “Contact Us” page to connect with one or our representatives.

Cancellations:

Shop orders: Any canceled orders are subject to 30% restocking free.

Custom order: Any timely manner canceled orders are subject to a 30% fee. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible and the custom order cannot be refunded.

Returns:

Shop orders: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product please contact us within 15 days of delivery date and our team will provide ali of the details for initiating the return process. As soon as the product is received and inspected at our team will issue your refund. Please note that all returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We are only able to accept items that are in original packaging and like-new condition. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages or modifications cannot be returned.

Custom order: All custom orders are non-returnable.

Damaged Items:

Shop orders: We recommend inspecting the product at the time of delivery. If any damage is found during the delivery process, please make sure you inform the Boko delivery team and contact us immediately for fast assistence.

Custom order: We recommend inspecting the product at the time of installation. If any damage is found during the installation process, please make sure you inform the Boko installation team and they will help you to sort it out.
