DESIGN
First part of the ordering process is finding your dream bed design. Our products are thoughtfully designed based on your inspiration picture. Boko product
development department will assist you in creating a perfect bed for you to suit your exact expectations.
PROJECT ESTIMATE
After you finalized your design, we will work to ensure your custom selection is within your budget.
PRODUCTION
Once the price is right, your project will be sent to our manufacturing studio, here, in Toronto. Every component of your Boko bed is specially designed and fabricated to meet highest quality expectations. Production process is typically completed within 5 to 6 weeks.
INSTALLATION
Once your product has been manufactured and released by Boko Control Manager, you will be contacted to make necessary arrangements to facilitate the installation.
Depending on the type of the project, installation will take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours.

All custom orders are non-returnable.
CANCELLATIONS
Any timely manner canceled orders are subject to a 30% fee. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is on longer possible and the custom order cannot be refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We recommend inspecting the product at the time of installation. If any damage is found during the installation process, please make sure you inform the Boko installation team and they will help you to sort it out.
