Process
DESIGN
Share an inspiration image or describe the look you want. Our design team will help refine the proportions, upholstery and details for your space.
PROJECT ESTIMATE
After the design details are confirmed, we’ll prepare a clear project estimate based on your selected size, fabric and features.
PRODUCTION
Once your design and quote are approved, your bed enters production in our Toronto-area workshop. Each piece is made to your selected size, fabric and design. Estimated production time is 4 to 5 weeks.
INSTALLATION
When your bed is ready, our team will contact you to arrange delivery and installation. Installation usually takes 2 to 4 hours, depending on the project. For locations outside Ontario, contact us before placing a custom order.

All custom orders are non-returnable.
CANCELLATIONS
Any timely manner canceled orders are subject to a 30% fee. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is on longer possible and the custom order cannot be refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We recommend inspecting the product at the time of installation. If any damage is found during the installation process, please make sure you inform the Boko installation team and they will help you to sort it out.
